  • Provide oversight for landscape maintenance to ensure excellent “curb appeal”

Monthly Services

  • Strict Collection polices
  • 24 hour maintenance line.
  • Coordinate repairs, with licensed vendors
  • Pay bills associated with the property
  • Perform regular inspections of the property
  • Prepare and serve all legal notices required to enforce the terms of the lease.
  • Utilize industry leading Yardi software
  • Disburse rent proceeds to the property owner with detailed monthly financial statements. Direct deposit available to all owners’
  • Provide an itemized record of all income and expenses monthly
  • Coordinate evictions, when required
  • Prepare all NNN or BYPT calculations for the tenants
  • Prepare a yearly detailed budget for the property
  • Coordinate and collect bids for major repairs for the center
  • Provide construction oversight for large projects (Additional fees may apply)
  • Provide owner with a detailed monthly rent roll.
  • Maintain outstanding tenant relations
