We encourage residents to activate their personal Tenant Portal. When activated, you can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders and schedule, pay and track rent payments from any tablet or smartphone. Should you encounter a routine property issue, let us know about it through our online system. In a property emergency, where property or resident safety may be at risk, contact us immediately.

We appreciate our long-term residents and those who respect our managed properties. We ask residents be good neighbors and leave any common areas as they were found. We also appreciate referrals if you become aware of someone in search of a rental property in the Sacramento area.
